Personal data collected<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to make it possible for us to create your user account, please note that we need you to provide us with your <\/span><b>e-mail address.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depending on the position in which you are using the Platform, we need the following additional data for its optimal functioning:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you use the Platform as a Backer: <\/span><b>first name, last name, email address, dates of invoicing and delivery of rewards (home address, delivery address, telephone number).<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are using the Platform as an Initiator: <\/span><b>details of representatives (first name, last name), email address, bank account details, details appearing in the photographic and videographic materials provided (image, voice)<\/b> <b>data from identity documents, data from Company documents<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you use the Platform, we automatically collect certain information about your device, such as browser information, IP address, time zone and some cookies installed on your device.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Platform. You can also opt out of Google Analytics here: https:\/\/tools.google.com\/dlpage\/gaoptout.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We do not collect and process sensitive data, defined as such by the GDPR.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We do not want to collect or process data from minors under the age of 18. Please do not create an account on the Platform and do not provide us with any information if you are under the age of 18. We will immediately delete any account that we discover has been created by a minor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>3. Personal data collected<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We request and process personal data to:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">make it possible to create your account on the site, run the Campaigns and operate the site;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ensure the payment of Campaign funding amounts;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">invoicing and delivery of the rewards, informing you of the status of the delivery of the rewards;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">send newsletters, materials related to our services \u2013 if you give your consent to do so;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">provide responses to complaints;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">evaluate the services offered on the site.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>4. Personal data collected<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The operator has the right to process personal data for the purposes outlined above:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">because the data processing is necessary to make possible the creation of the account, the functioning of the site and the access to the services offered on the Site (remote conclusion of the contract for the provision of services), payment of campaign funding, the provision of answers to the complaints made, if applicable, and delivery of the rewards granted by the Initiators;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">because you have given your consent by checking the relevant check boxes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Where the processing of data is not necessary for the conclusion and performance of our legal relations, we will not process personal data for any of the above purposes unless we have your consent to do so.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>5. Duration of storage and processing of personal data<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We process and store personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the data was collected and in any case for as long as required by applicable legal regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this regard, by way of example, we inform you that your data will be stored for at least the duration for which the information is used to grant you access to the site, if you have created an account on the Platform. Also, if you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, your data will be processed at least until the moment you agree to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data for this purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the end of the period in which your data is processed for the purposes listed in Chapter 3 of this document, part of your data (excluding the necessary ones) will continue to be stored for the period provided for by law regarding the obligation to archive data\/accounting documents and also for the period of the extinctive prescription period provided for by the Romanian Civil Code. We regularly update our database so that we do not store data that are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>6. Security measures<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Company ensures appropriate technical and legal measures to guarantee an effective protection of the personal data of the persons providing us such data.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We commit to keeping your personal data safe and we take reasonable measures for this purpose, including against unauthorized access, unauthorized use of data, destruction, loss or alteration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We systematically instruct our employees on the importance of personal data protection, we provide internal procedures in this regard and we make all efforts to ensure that our partners, as well, manage appropriate processing measures when it comes to the personal data they receive during our contractual relations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>7. Please note that you have the right to use this data solely for the purpose of invoicing and shipping the rewards to your Backers. The processing of the personal data of the Backers will be carried out by you, as the Initiator, in full compliance with the legal provisions on the protection of personal data and any instructions received from the Operator. We inform you that access to the personal data of the Backers is granted to you subject to compliance with the following obligations at least:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To ensure all technical and organizational security measures relating to the processing of personal data and to comply with the security rules, so that the processing of personal data of the Backers complies with the requirements set out in the legislation applicable to the processing of personal data;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To ensure that your staff carrying out personal data processing operations will be established on a &#8220;need to know&#8221; basis. In this regard, you will limit and allow access to personal data only to employees who need to know it;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take all necessary measures against unauthorized use, reproduction, disclosure, transfer or publication of personal data;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Report immediately to the Controller, but no later than 24 hours, by email, any security incident found in the personal data transmission and processing system, as well as any incident relating to possible misuse or improper use;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not transmit documents or files containing personal data in an unauthorized manner.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the rewards have been delivered, you are obliged to destroy the personal data of the Backers and to communicate to the Controller an e-mail confirming the destruction of such data. This requirement does not apply to the extent that you are required by law to retain some or all of the data for a period of time, in which case you will protect the data from further processing except as required by law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>Transfer of personal data outside the country<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In line with the operations described above, your personal data can be transferred outside the country to member states of the European Union (\u201c<\/span><b>EU<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d) or the European Economic Area (\u201c<\/span><b>EEA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thus, we inform you that any transfer made by the Controller to an EU member state or an EEA state will observe the legal provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation no. 2016\/679 adopted by the European Parliament (\u201c<\/span><b>GDPR<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The personal data mentioned in this information notice is not transferred to states that do not ensure appropriate protection in terms of personal data processing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>8.
