Human-centered training design on social entrepreneurship Pt.1 – For trainers

This is an overview of a training curriculum designed to support facilitators in gaining new knowledge and skills in order to work with adults who want to become entrepreneurs and start businesses with strong social impact.
The target group are individuals and organizations interested in developing, supporting, or promoting the creation of incubators for social businesses and social entrepreneurs, or social business incubation models.
The design helps facilitators to train the organization’s trainers or other staff on how to use human-centered design tools to support social entrepreneurs to explore, define, ideate, and prototype their social initiatives.

The training design is one of the intellectual outputs within the project SELC – Social entrepreneurship in Local Communities, Erasmus+ Programme, 2019-1-RO01-KA204-063879, developed under the coordination of Fundația Danis (Romania).
